​I'm a problem solver. A fixer. A "let's figure this out together-er". I help people find tools and space to figure out what makes them awesome and then we use that to help make their teams and organizations even awesome-er.
People are natural born problem solvers, but sometimes we might need a little help and perspective to figure out how our unique personalities and experiences can be leveraged to find creative and intuitive solutions to complex problems. ​
No one knows your organization better than you, so I will help you sort through that knowledge and experience from a different angle for a clearer picture while expanding your confidence to co-create effective strategies with your team and your organization. I have had a broad and varied career, from financial and business analysis to teaching University classes and leading high performing teams in operational effectiveness. I love the diversity of creative problem solving, continuous improvement, coaching, mentorship, and facilitation while working with different organizations and industries as a coach and a consultant, always learning something new along the way.
